What Is GMP?

• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a set of international standardized production quality management specifications, widely applied in health supplements, food, pharmaceutical and related industries. It covers the whole process of production, environment, equipment, personnel, raw materials, sanitation and quality control, ensuring products are consistently produced and inspected in accordance with international quality standards.

1. Purified Production Workshop

Our production workshops adopt professional air purification and constant temperature & humidity control systems. The internal cleanliness, temperature, humidity and ventilation meet GMP grade standards, effectively avoiding dust, bacteria and cross-contamination during production.

2. Raw Material Strict Control

All raw materials are screened, inspected and recorded batch by batch before warehousing. We only adopt qualified raw materials with complete certificates. GMP standard traceability management is implemented for the whole process of raw material incoming, storage and feeding.

3. Standardized Production Process

The whole production process from batching, mixing, pressing, filling to packaging follows standardized operating procedures. Each production link has clear quality standards and inspection nodes to avoid manual errors and ensure consistent product quality of every batch.

4. Finished Product Quality Inspection

All finished products will pass systematic sampling inspection including appearance, physical and chemical indexes, microbial safety and stability test. Only products that fully meet GMP quality standards can be released and delivered.
